The spacious living room is beautifully decorated with elegant white and blue accents and features a traditional rustic Portuguese fireplace, OLED Smart TV and soundbar, free WI-FI, air conditioning, comfortable sofas and chairs, and a compact dining/worktable, creating a cozy and inviting space to relax at any time of the year.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a convenient serving window, making it practical and sociable for preparing meals during your stay.
Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious backyard with a large dining table, sun loungers, day beds, reading corners, barbecue area, swimming pool, grass lawn, and beautifully maintained gardens.
The pool is 9 meters long and 4.5 meters wide, with a depth ranging from 115 cm to 210 cm, and is filled with fresh water. During the summer months, the water temperature ranges from 23 to 26 degrees. The ideal temperature for a refreshing dip.
The rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and additional lounge chairs for relaxing under the Algarve sun.

Vivenda Colina is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Vale do Milho, just a few minutes by car from the famous fisherman’s village of Carvoeiro, and it’s only a 2-minute walk from the Vale de Milho Golf Course and a 15-minute walk from the Vale de Centeanes Beach, offering the perfect balance between relaxation, nature, and convenience.
Guests can safely park inside the property, which features a large gate and enough space in the driveway for up to three cars.
During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the property, as well as to all the gardens and terraces.
To make your arrival smooth and stress-free, the property managers will provide all necessary information before check-in, allowing guests to arrive independently after 15:00.
Early check-in may also be available upon request and subject to availability.

• To ensure a comfortable and seamless stay, a complimentary cleaning service is provided for longer bookings. For stays longer than one week, the accommodation will be cleaned once mid-stay, including fresh towels. For stays longer than nine days, two cleaning services are included: the first includes towel replacement and general cleaning, while the second includes fresh towels, bed linen replacement, and general cleaning of the accommodation.
